General Job Description

• This position is in-house only (Jerusalem office) and full-time only.

• You will help ensure a data-driven culture and help drive growth and innovation across the organization by leveraging data to provide actionable business insights.
   

Responsibilities

• Define a broad range of metrics including those that track engagement and growth of our user base.

• Discover and analyze trends in user behavior.

• Analyze and report on the performance of product initiatives by implementing appropriate statistical techniques and infrastructure.

• Guide A/B testing, from planning to implementation.

• Work in collaboration with developers and product teams for data collection and testing needs.

• Work with business units, product teams, and developers to maintain the integrity of the data and tracking mechanisms and to ensure decisions are being made in a data-driven way as much as possible.

• Design (and implement when working in Looker) new tracking specifications

• Work closely with business units and/or product teams to ensure hypothesis tests are being designed, implemented and analyzed properly.
   

Requirements

• English at a high level Required (spoken and written).

• BA in Mathematics, Statistics or related field required.

• 2+ years of Web Analytics experience highly preferred.

• Advanced SQL and Excel skills

• Experience with A/B Testing

• Familiarity with proper hypothesis testing methodology (conceptual setup, identification of appropriate metrics to test, analysis of results).

• Working knowledge of Looker, a huge plus.

• Inquisitive personality with a thirst for data.
