Hometalk, located in Jerusalem is seeking to hire a full-time Growth Hacker.

Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious Growth Hacker, who has a strong sense of ownership and is extremely meticulous and organized. Reporting to our Head of Growth, the main objective of this role will be to identify and analyze performance of traffic sources and identify opportunities and act upon them. You will create and run A/B tests, analyze results, iterate and improve. In addition, you will be responsible for the recording and tracking of the company’s ad revenue as well as corresponding with our revenue partners.  

Responsibilities

• Growth hack distribution channels in a creative way and find repeatable ways to drive traffic. 

• Create, run and analyze split tests and act upon results, 

• Make business decisions based on data.

• Corresponding with various revenue and marketing partners on a daily basis. 

Requirements:

• Native English speaker or English at mother-tongue level

• B.A, preferably a business or business-related degree

• General understanding of online marketing

• Proficient with Excel 

• Technically adept

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Highly self-motivated, have a stellar work ethic 

• Ability to take ownership

• An equally creative and analytical approach to problem-solving 

• Passion for data

• Entrepreneurial spirit and a do whatever it takes attitude
