Additionally, Hometalk has built a tech platform that currently houses a number of additional sites in the pets and auto content verticals and currently has a solid pipeline of additional sites spanning multiple topics to be migrated onto its platform.

Overview
We’re seeking an entrepreneurial, go-getter sales specialist with experience in the social, digital media space to spearhead direct sales efforts and drive significant revenue growth. This is a remote position (US Business hours) and a unique growth opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing business.
Responsibilities

Establish a deep understanding of our unique value proposition to advertisers and build upon our current products and offerings

Develop new business through valuable connections with clients, agencies and partners

Manage all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting,researching the marketplace, presenting, negotiating, and closing sales

Represent our diverse portfolio of digital products and tailor solutions to meet advertisers’ needs

Collaborate closely with our marketing, data, and editorial teams to develop and execute high performing campaigns

Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
-
4+ years of experience selling digital solutions, with a proven track record

Proven success in driving sales across social platforms, including TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube and a deep understanding of advertising on those platforms

Knowledge of ad serving and campaign management processes and metrics and an excellent understanding of the digital media landscape

An established network and the proven ability to determine and connect with the right high-level decision-makers and reach top-tier brands

Results-oriented individual who strategically and creatively pursues business with energy and drive

Self-motivated, passionate, and an enthusiastic, contributing team member, with the ability to work independently with management guidance and supervision
