Growth Hacker

Hometalk is looking for a phenomenal Growth Hacker.

 

Our ideal candidate is someone who is a true entrepreneur in spirit, constantly curios, always looking to push the envelope, driven and extremely analytical. Previous experience in an analytical role/ Adops experience or experience working with developers is highly preferred. A technical background a super plus!
 

As Growth Hacker, you will be the owner and driver of the company's revenue stream under the direction of our COO.

 

General Responsibilities 
* Complete ownership over Hometalk’s revenue streams.
* Management of all third-party partnerships such as ad partners, data partners and all incoming opportunities. 
* A/B test revenue/ site optimizations, execution and analysis.
* Work with the development team on implementing potential optimizations.
* Keep up to date with industry changes and evolving with the tide. 

 

Requirements
* Written English at a high level.

*Full time
* BA degree in Business, Economics or related degree.
* Extremely analytical mind and data driven (with job experience in such a role).
* Detail oriented and organized.
* Curious with an entrepreneurial spirit. 
* Ability to learn new interfaces quickly. 
* Quick and self-learner
* Technical understanding/ adeptness.
* Flexible and team player
