Community Manager

We’re looking for a community manager to manage our content creator partnerships and programs across our platforms. This is a full-time position with the option to work remotely or from our Jerusalem office.
In this role, you will:

Lead content acquisition efforts to acquire a steady stream of DIY projects, recipes, sewing, fashion, and style tutorials for our platforms Hometalk, Foodtalk, and Upstyle.

Develop relationships with a diverse and talented community of bloggers and content creators looking to share their content and grow their audience.

Job description:

Conduct outreach and onboarding of new content creators to our platforms.

Partner with content creators to post high-quality tutorials and work with our distribution teams to meet content quality goals.

Help content creators succeed and grow within our programs by providing education, support, industry knowledge, and ongoing guidance.

Develop educational materials including webinars, newsletters, and blog posts.

Engage with content creators across our platforms through comments and messages.

Track performance, iterate and optimize to meet KPIs.
Qualifications:

English at a native level
-
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in online community building, customer support, or partnership management.

Experience working in digital marketing, communications, or content production environments is preferred.

Stellar writing and communication skills.

Process-oriented and highly organized.

Learning and growth-oriented.

A passion for DIY is a big plus!
