Junior Ad Operations Analyst
Hometalk Inc. is a tech-oriented media company. Hometalk, acquired in 2021 by VerticalScope Inc. (fora:tsx), owns, operates, and consistently develops thirteen high-quality websites for enthusiast communities on various topics. As part of its strategy, Hometalk has developed innovative in-house monetization technologies, email building and sending capabilities, A/B testing tooling, an in-house CMS, as well as tens of admin tools to continue to operate at the highest levels to serve millions of visitors daily.
Additionally, Hometalk builds and operates its in-house AdTech to service 1500 sites across the VerticalScope portfolio. Servicing the operations of 2 Billion Ad impressions and over $30M in annual programmatic revenue.
Overview
We are looking to hire a new member to this tip-of-the-spear department that will help us continue to develop top-notch AdTech and continue to grow.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing our Ads Operations. This will entail learning the scope of our ad inventory and technology, liaising daily with our ad partners, lead and iterate on AB tests to optimize monetization while overseeing general revenue data for the company’s management team.

This is a full time, hybrid role (Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays from our Jerusalem office).
Purpose of Position

Monitor and own company on-site ad revenue health

Consistently working on growing the company's ad revenue.
Responsibilities

Track and review the Company's daily revenue.

Ensuring that recorded revenue matches the paid revenue.

Management of partnerships with ad partners.

Field new proposals from third-party outreach regarding new opportunities.

Ensure ad quality compliance.

Consistently work on increasing revenue initiatives via A/B test optimization.

Work with the product and dev team to deploy new growth-oriented initiatives.

Keep up to date with industry changes.

Manage the company's email ad revenue and video consumption.

Skills and Experience

B.A. in Finance, Economics or Business

Native-level English (spoken and written)

Proficient computer skills

Experience with Admanager/ and or other similar UIs - a plus
