Product Designer
Hometalk is seeking to hire an experienced Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our Product Design team in our Tel Aviv or Jerusalem office.
As a Product Designer at Hometalk, you will create innovative user experiences that provide value to users and drive success for product and business goals as well as brand quality. You will have ownership over the product design lifecycle from research through prototyping to design and usability testing. You will be a master at iterating based on data.
Responsibilities
*Create and improve the company's user experience throughout the site, from admin tooling to end-user features.
*Design innovative user experience for the company's products and execute it with an intuitive cohesive look & feel in a cross-platform experience.
*Be a multidisciplinary team member and help the business owners and product managers to achieve their product goals.
*Drive the visual aspect of the company, research industry trends and competitive landscape to help inform design, and understand complex user experience scenarios.
*Research and bring to life complex, yet simple scenarios of user interaction across the site while striving for simplicity.
*Own the user interactions using sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
*Make qualitative or quantitative insights the starting point for each design process.
*Collaborate with product owners on data feedback for designs as they are released.
*Use data insights to iterate effectively.

Requirements
*Exceptional online portfolio.
*Strong fundamentals in design, illustration, typography, color and attention to detail.
*English at a high level
*Degree in Visual Communication \ Interactive Design or related degree/work experience
*Experienced in designing consumer facing products
*Super collaborative team player who thrives working in a cross-functional team environment.
*Experience with iterative design processes.
*Data-driven approach; must have previous hands-on experience with testing, data and how to iterate based on findings
*Expert in Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop and prototyping tools.
*Ability to prioritize and manage work to adhere to critical project timelines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
