Project Manager

Hometalk, Inc. is a lifestyle brand serving DIY, food and fashion content to a large audience (with 2.8 million subscribers and 7MM monthly uniques). 


As Project Manager, you will be working with all the company stakeholders to insure alignment and excellent execution to meet the business goals. You will be using your amazing people skills and entrepreneurial spirit to make sure we get the job done! 


Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Work with product managers & development team to break down tasks and prioritize into the workflow 

  • Work with community, content, marketing, data and business teams to insure all efforts are running smoothly

  • Oversee and coordinate multiple projects in a highly dynamic environment

  • Insure resources are identified for all project phases and help prioritize resource allocation

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve bottlenecks as they come up

  • Proactively maintain communication with project stakeholders across the company

  • Track and report progress



  • You are entrepreneurial and creative

  • Outstanding English - written and verbal 

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Understanding of development lifecycles (Especially Agile)

  • Excellent communications skills are a must as you will deal with a range of employees, including senior staff

  • Ability to influence without authority

  • Must be extremely organized, articulate and methodical with strong IT skills specifically in online products

  • Excellent attention to details and meticulous organization 

  • Strong multitasking capabilities

  • Great interpersonal skills
