Spanish Content Writer

Hometalk is looking for a Spanish Content Editor to manage Hometalk Spanish (es.hometalk.com). This role can be in-office (Jerusalem, Israel) OR remote.

 

Hometalk.com is the world’s largest DIY community with 21 million members, over 170,000 DIY tutorials, and a top destination for inspiration, ideas, and step-by-step tutorials to beautify your home. Our mission is to empower people to create. We collaborate with the world’s top DIY influencers in order to bring daily inspiration to our users. 

 

In this role, you will oversee all of Hometalk’s Spanish content. This includes editing and implementation of our SEO content strategy. You will be in charge of ensuring quality and consistency across large volumes of content while optimizing the content for SEO.

 

Responsibilities

• Review all incoming content

• Analyze content performance from an SEO perspective.

• Edit content to uphold Hometalk’s brand voice and tone, and ensure grammatical accuracy, and readability.

• Editing incoming content for SEO optimization

 

Requirements

• Native level Spanish required (preferably Mexican Spanish)

• Experience with creating and/or editing web content (preferably for SEO purposes)

• A passion for content and content editing 

• Strong project management and organizational skills
